Richmond is an MTD International Artist and also an Emerging Bartolini Artist. He is the CEO of RDBassConsutlZ, a music consultancy that offers online bass tutorials as well as organizes BASSCONNECT. BassConnect is an avenue for bass players and musicians to meet and share ideas and there have been four editions held in the year 2018. Venues were Kumasi, Sunyani, Accra and then Lagos Nigeria.
