Wisdom Dela Bruku (Born on 30th January 1992), best known by his stage name KD Bakes a.k.a Still The melody dey kill you, is a Ghanaian , Professional Nurse Afrobeats/RnB Artist and a song writer. Started his musical career in 2008. He is most known for his enchanting singles ,Lover Lover and Afro Healing, Time Na JeJe which was a colabo with a Ukrainian Rapper and Make Sense, A Collabo he did with Shaddy and Kris J who are two South African based Artists. He is known for being a very active and influential personality on social and because of his lyrical dexterity and melody. For this reason the fans nick named him "still the melody Dey Kill you.". He's currently signed to BKS Recordz.Kd Bakes was born in Ho in the Volta Region of Ghana to Mr Bruku Victor Aseye And Miss Beatrice Ekpe in 1992. He has 4 siblings of which 3 are girls to the same parents. He started his elementary school education at Home Bankoe R.C School, continued to Junior High School at HOSCAPS in ho. Due to his caning interested in science he studied Biology, Chemistry , Physics and Elective Mathematics I'm Bishop Herman College, Kpando in the Volta Region. He later continued into Studying Registered General Nursing in Ho Nurses Training College. He was one of the best students in his year group. Kd Bakes started music in Bishop Herman College I'm 2008 and was part of a duo Musica group called Belce. Whiles in school his melodious musical compositions drew many attention to him from both students and tutors. In Nursing School he composed the Official 50 years Anniversary Song for Ho Nursing School and was actively involved in pushing his musical career to the top. A lot of people wondered how he could manage studying health sciences at the same time being actively involved in music. In 2016 he travelled to Germany where he had intensive training in theatre ophthalmology. He has performed on many great platforms such as Vodafone Music Awards Nominees Jam in 2016, Mercedes Benz African Fashion Show in Ghana, The Sands, Hydro and 11:45 all in Johannesburg in 2018, just to mention a few.. Currently he is signed to a South African Record Label called BKS Recordz who shot video for his new trending single Carry Me Away by Director Cube in South Africa
